Sheet Slitter
Sheet Slitter machine manufacturers are suitable for coil thickness from 0.30 mm to 10.0mm and coil width up to 1800 mm. This Machine consists of an entry roll, pressure pad, guide, Feild Roll, Arbour roll, and Exist Roll. All rolls are alloy steel Materials with suitable machining, Hardening and Grinding. We also provide high precision machinery for most thinner material.
Slitting head
Slitting Head manufacturer here with highly equipped technology and engineering design. The slitting head shall be provided from a range of coil thickness 0.3mm to 10.0 mm and coil width of 1800 mm. All rolls are of Alloy Steel with suitable processes such as machining, Hardening, and Grinding
Coil Car/Jack
Coil Car/jack used for leading the coil to the decoiler / Unicoiler.The coil car centralizes the coil with a decoiler mandrel and the coil is loaded on the uncoiler. Coil car and Jack are manufactured for holding coil weight up to 40 tons and more.
Scrap winder
Scrap winder used for winding the side scrap of coil coming out from cutter shaft or slitting head. Scrap Winder manufactured by using geared systems and clutch system.
Tensioner Unit / Looping Unit

Feeder / PinchUnit
Feed/pinch roll unit is provided in two configurations i.e with or without drive system(Motor & Gear Box) and with or without servo drive package. This unit is manufactured with high quality and engineering.

Conveyor(Roller & Belt Type)
