What is the difference between a decoiler and a recoiler?

How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on the machine type and complexity. A simple decoiler can be installed in 1-2 days, while a complete slitting line may take 7-14 days. We provide a detailed installation schedule during the project planning phase.

Do you train our operators?

Yes, operator training is included with every installation. We train your team on machine operation, safety procedures, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additional training sessions can be arranged as needed.

What warranty do you provide?

We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our machines covering manufacturing defects. The warranty includes free replacement of defective parts and technical support. Extended warranty packages are available for additional peace of mind.

Do you provide spare parts?
